Ramadan is here, and if you’re racking your brains trying to think of some good places to break fast in Jakarta, fret not because we’ve got something up our sleeves. VIN+, one of our favourite hangouts in Indonesia, is putting out a stellar selection of Ramadan specials to suit everyone’s taste buds.
Executive chef Djoko Sarwono and head chef Deni Sugiarto have put their heads together to create menus highlighting culinary delights that you and your family can indulge in. Plus, to keep things fresh and exciting, different outlets feature different food choices.
Try a range of takjil and more at VIN+’s various outlets
At the Arcadia VIN+ outlet, you’ll find set meals like nasi campur (comes with chicken skewers, potato balado, beef semur, and clear corn soup) paired with a dessert of classic mango soup, as well as chicken curry with beef spring rolls alongside a dessert of coco jala.
Over at the Kemang and Pondok Indah outlets, more options await, including a variety of takjil (think bakwan udang, bakwan jagung, and tahu isi udang). Take your pick from three different menu sets, which showcase creations like soto ayam, soto betawai, beef shank balado, and kue cenil jawa.
Planning to make this a grand affair? VIN+ offers a banquet service and can plan special Ramadan banquet menus just for you. If you prefer, you could also request for a customised menu by executive chef Djoko Sarwono. Happy bellies guaranteed!
