Mozaic Bali

We know Bali is never short of a restaurant that makes your taste buds explode, or a beach bar where the hours fade away, but we love that the best ones like Mozaic just keep on giving!

Both Mozaic Restaurant and the Moziac Beachclub in Seminyak, with its unobtrusive views of the Indian Ocean, have introduced some new experiences at their iconic eatery, and beach club bar.

Situated in the lush surrounds of Ubud, Mozaic Restaurant has launched its new gastronomic tasting menu, Gastronomique. Three different menus have been created to invigorate all of your senses as only award-winning chef Chris Salans can. The three menus work meticulously with traditional Indonesian ingredients and flavours.

The Grand Menu can be enjoyed as a 6 or 8 course degustation and mixes traditional techniques with Western culinary decadences. The Vegetarian Menu is made up of 6 courses and combines more than 30 different local and organic vegetables, herbs and Indonesian spices. The Surprise Menu doesn’t need much elaboration, just sit back and enjoy how Mozaic has paired their surprise with your delight!

Experience Gastronomique at Mozaic Restaurant

Menus start from IDR 600, 000, and for an additional cost you can pair these blissful bites with regular or premium wines selected by Mozaic’s resident sommelier.

And for those of us who need to have the ocean in our sights at all times, Mozaic’s legendary Beachclub is once again showcasing its prime beach side location at Batu Belig with a makeover of the Private Dining Room.

Find any reason to gather up to 30 of your besties to experience the chic and relaxed vibes of their secluded section of the premium beach venue. Perfect for a birthday, intimate dinner, or even a business meeting for those inclined, the Private Dining Room sits hidden behind sheer curtains with a large solid wooden table that harmonises the distinctly Balinese aesthetic of the room.

So whether you’re beach based or experiencing the untouched beauty of Ubud, Mozaic once again has you covered.
