Chye Seng Huat Hardware Coffee Singapore is one of the most famous coffee shop or coffee bar in Singapore. Opened by the folks behind Papa Palheta an independent coffee boutique in Singapore whom also believed as the one who creates the trend of coffee shop in Singapore.

Some of you might already familiar with this famous coffee shop, and we also got some recommendations from our friends to visit this coffee shop. In terms of name, you might underestimate the name and the shop appearance from the front which looked like a run-down hardware shop. But, don’t be deceived by its name, just don’t!

The place was actually quite spacious and they have indoor and outdoor area.

For those who love to get some beer, they also have a beer stall to serve you some beer selections.

Hot Cappuccino, SGD 5.50
Coffee was quite good although my expectation was a bit higher compared to the reality, but it was nowhere near bad.

We recommend you guys to try their Iced Mocha (SGD 7.00) which will be perfect to accompany your sunny day, especially if you plan to sit in their outdoor area.

On the picture above you will see a basket of Crispy Chilli Pork Skins (SGD 6) to accompany our coffee. Don’t blame us, maybe it looks weird, but we just couldn’t help our self as we are an avid fan of pork. We’re just a hooman being tho!

Besides coffee, beers and snacks, they actually also serves proper food, from main course like burger, curry rice, etc, and even for something to share like onion rings, chicken wings, fries.
