From 16 to 25 December 2013, C’s Steak & Seafood Restaurant offers festive delicacies, featuring Truffled celeriac veloute, Chilled turkey roulade, Citrus smoked salmon for the appetizer selections Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings, Filled turkey leg, Pan fried halibut for the main courses and followed by Valrhona chocolate terrine, “Milk & Cookies” (5 spice panacotta, chocolate cookies, fresh berries), and Sticky toffee pudding .
