August 29, 2016 Amy Nicholson

How does a six-course dinner at a beautiful beachfront restaurant, all whilst raising money for children, sound to you?  Keep the 15th October free as this is an event in Bali you do not want to miss.

In their continued support of UNICEF, The St. Regis Bali Resort and The Laguna Resort & Spa, are throwing an event to raise money for the charity in the form of an unforgettable evening under the stars.  Join Starwood Hotels and Resorts in celebration of their 20-year partnership with the charity that has raised over US$35million for children in need around the world.

The Event: An Extraordinary Moonlight Dinner

Taking place at oceanfront venue Cloud Nine Terrace of The St.Regis Bali Resort, the charity dinner will be a night you won’t forget.  Soft lighting, shimmering torches, and of course the shine from the moon above will create a soft and romantic ambience for an evening jam-packed of wonderful treats!

Starting off the evening will be complimentary aperitifs and canapés on the manicured lawn.  Take in the stunning sight of the beach and feel the ocean breeze on your face as the sun begins to set.  Following this, at 7pm, an exquisite six-course dinner will be served, along with specially paired wine for each dish, all cooked by a team of world-famous chefs.  Enjoy gastronomic excellence to the soulful sounds of pianist and vocalist, Grace Nathalie, as she perfectly complements the stunning setting.  And to finish the evening, there will be a live auction with lots of fabulous prizes up for grabs!

I think we can safely say that with a culinary team like that, you can rest assured you are in for a world-class food experience!  So, book your ticket and don’t miss out on what will be a beautiful evening.  Raise money whilst you eat, that’s good enough reason for us!
