Head chef Agung Gede has perfected the menu with his innovative creativity, provided you with the finest brunch in Bali. An assortment of hand crafted canapés is served between 11am-12pm at the Kayuputi Champagne Bar, while brunch begins at 12pm until 3pm. Enjoy the endless parade of staff that roam around the room with delicious morsels passing by your table to tempt you, including caviar, foie gras, meats, seafoods and many desserts including the Grand Marnier Soufflé. Choose from (net, per person) the Brunch Package at IDR 1.250.000, inclusive of complimentary aperitif selection and champagne and juices at the Kayuputi Champagne Bar from 11am-12pm. Then add the Beverage Package at IDR 1.100.000, inclusive of champagne, a selection of premium red and white wines and legendary cocktails. This package also includes a variety of digestifs and cigars served from 2-3pm at the Kayuputi Champagne Bar. Brunch is 12-3pm. Pool and beach facilities are reserved for hotel guests only.
