VIN+ Bali’s expert culinary team gets a new head chef to lead the kitchens at their impressive Seminyak restaurant. Hailing from Wonosobo in Central Java, Chef Theodorus Immanuel Setyo, or Chef Theo as he is affectionately known by the team, has dedicated his life for the passion of Indonesia’s culinary world, and is excited to share his love and joy of comfort food and Indonesian dishes with visitors of this great restaurant.
Food and wine connoisseurs may indulge in an expertly paired Indonesian meal with pours from the restaurant’s well-stocked cellar, as VIN+ Seminyak’s team has conjured up wonderful dishes from around the archipelago. Inspired by signature recipes originating their Arcadia Jakarta branch, VIN+’s new menu has a range of delicious homegrown offerings like Soto Ayam, Oxtail Soup, Beef Shank Balado, Baramundi Balado, and Nasi Goreng Pork Belly.
Each dish is specifically paired with spot-on wine recommendations carefully selected by the culinary team and wine experts of VIN+. The light Soto Ayam is suitable with a glass of Pinot Gris or Chardonnay blended with Gewurztraminer, the hearty Oxtail Soup with a glass of Australian Shiraz, while both the Baramundi and Beef Shank are paired with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc and a glass of Pinot Noir goes perfectly with the Nasi Goreng Pork Belly.
This incredible pairing menu is available for both lunch and dinner, but for added atmosphere, we recommend making your reservation at VIN+ Seminyak during Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday evenings between 7 to 10 pm, as VIN+’s in-house band will keep you entertained with groovy melodies for wine, dinner, and a show.
