Emilie's cuisine, continues to grow and change over time, while maintaining the signature trademarks, of simplicity, elegance and flavors. A new menu is introduced seasonally to showcase the season’s best ingredients from France and Australia. Chef de Cuisine, Mikael Robin, creates a menu that is classically French but with modern presentation and interpretation. Current menu highlights include La Caille de Challans, L’agneau de Lozerre: and La Loup de Mer. Emilie also serves Set Lunch Menu with your choice of two or three dishes.
