Lebanese cuisine includes an abundance of starches, whole grain, fruits, vegetables, fresh fish and seafood. Red meat is eaten it is usually lamb or goat meat. It also includes copious amounts of garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Most often foods are either grilled, baked or sautéed in olive oil. Vegetables are often eaten raw or pickled as well as cooked. Experience our signature Haruf Ouzi (braised lamb shank ouzi style served with oriental rice, assorted nuts and yoghurt sauce) accompanied with hot or cold Mezzeh (appetizer) such as Hommos (puree of chick peas with sesame paste, lemon juice served with olive oil), Tabouleh (flat parsley salad with tomatoes, cracked wheat, lemon juice and olive oil) Samboussek Sabanek (fried pastry filled with spinach, onion and pine nuts).
